 Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
• 1 lb elbow macaroni (uncooked)
• 4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mixed)
• 2 cups milk
• 12 oz evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
• Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray or use a liner.
• Add all ingredients and stir to combine.
• Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours, stirring hourly.
• Serve warm, topped with extra cheese or breadcrumbs.
