Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
• 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 celery stalks, sliced
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:
• Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
• Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
• Shred chicken before serving. Optionally, add cooked noodles or rice.
